Your new company

Our client is an MNC/Global Leader in decorative painting in the commercial and residential business across the globe. They are currently looking for 2 project sales (1 x experience and 1 x junior - mid-level) to join their team. Candidates can expect there will be ongoing accounts for them to start and build new ones from there.

Product: Paint, wall finish, waterborne, waterproofing, polyfilla, sealer etc.

Your new role

• Follow the strategy and ensure realisation of sales for the customers
• Fully understand the customers’ current and future needs and act upon relevant tactics
• Establish and own the value proposition of the customer, inclusive of property developer and specifier
• Keep an overall perspective of interactions and communications between the customers and client
• Provide insights to customers

What you'll need to succeed

• University graduate or above with at least 5 years sales experience, preferably in building materials or painting industry
• Demonstrate high levels of interpersonal effectiveness and selling and negotiation skills in her day-to-day work. Previous project management and accounts management experience was essential
• Relevant product knowledge and understanding of company policies and procedures
