A well-established main contractor is now expanding their project team and looking for numerous E&M Project Engineers or Sr. Project Engineers to join their growing operations. Candidates will participate in Building/ Hospital/ Railway/ Infrastructure/ Environmental Projects.

Your new role

• Prepare method statements for E&M works.
• Responsible for site plans, work programme, material submission and corresponding coordination work.
• Coordinate with different disciplines of the Project team, internal and external stakeholders from the Project design stage to commissioning phase to ensure the deliverables fulfil the client's requirements and Project specifications.
• Works with the Construction Team and Operations to review equipment reliability, location, capital spares and access for plant operability and maintainability.
• Monitor & supervise work progress, and ensure the project is delivered within an agreed timeline, quality and budget.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor Degree in Building Services Engineering , Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Min. 3 years above in engineering project management/ construction management/ site coordination experience
• Chartership or more experience could be considered as Sr. Engineer
• Proficiency in using MS Office
• Excellent in communication and presentation
• Fluent in written and spoken English & Chinese, good Mandarin
