A well known E&M contractor is expanding their project operations and looking for multiple Project Engineer to Project Manager candidates to join their site project team for HVAC/ MVAC installation.

Your new role

• Monitor and supervise all MVAC works in commercial and public sectors
• Monitor the project progress and problem solving at site
• Oversee the overall project planning, progress and quality & safety
• Lead a team of Engineers and Supervisors for implementing Building Services Projects complied with contractual requirements
• Monitor overall financial, commercial, contractual and technical matters for current projects
• Manage and coordinate with clients, consultants and sub-contractors

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree or above in Building Services/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• 2-15 years of experience in building services or MVAC contracting field with large scale building projects
• All-round project management skill set
• Strong technical capability and competency
• Good skills in tendering and bargaining with suppliers
• Able to work independently and under pressure, self-motivated and a good team player
• Good computer literacy in Microsoft Office
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Title will be subjected to candidate experience (Project Engineer - Project Manager)
