Your new company

A well-established main contractor is recently working on a building project and is looking for a seasoned building background candidate to act as the Project Director and oversee the whole project till delivery.

Your new role

• Serve as gatekeeper to monitor all site operations and construction work

• Responsible for project management and act as project in charge to ensure the project is delivered in accordance to company policy and standard as well as to the tender requirements.

• Review existing project operations and process flow. Develop corresponding strategies to improve existing operations

• Promote digital construction and help businesses to adopt innovative technology.

• Responsible for all subcontractor, consultant and client communications

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor or above in building, civil, structural or other related disciplines

• 15 years or above in building construction projects

• Sounded knowledge in digital construction, MiC, DfMA, MiMEP

• Chartership is a Must

• Fluent in Cantonese and English

What you'll get in return

• 150k - 200k x 12month + bonus
