Your new role

As an E&M Project Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing large-scale environmental projects from inception to completion. You will lead a team of skilled professionals and subcontractors, ensuring the successful delivery of projects within budget and on schedule. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing project plans, strategies, and schedules
• Managing project budgets, resources, and timelines
• Collaborating with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project objectives are met
• Monitoring project progress and addressing any issues or delays promptly
• Ensuring compliance with relevant environmental regulations and standards
• Providing technical expertise and guidance to project teams
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

What you'll need to succeed

• Extensive experience in E&M project management, particularly in environmental, waste, sludge, or renewables projects
• A strong background in subcontracting or supplier to contractors
• In-depth knowledge of environmental regulations, best practices, and industry standards
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
