Our client is an EU leading IoT and Wireless technology, with a focus on continuous improvement and streamlining their operations. They are looking for an Operations Manager, who plays a vital role in ensuring efficient production, maintaining great partnership with their OEM suppliers and delivery of products.

Your new role

• Monitor and working with the suppliers from EMS to OEM and make sure smooth production to fulfil customer needs.
• Address any production issues or bottlenecks proactively to minimise disruptions and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and maintain operational systems, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing cost, quality, and lead-time.
• Source and conduct audits of potential new suppliers to ensure they meet the company's quality standards and delivery requirements.
• Select and collaborate with appropriate Electronic Manufacturing Service (EMS) providers and suppliers for the manufacturing of products.
• Maintaining and optimising operational systems, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including purchasing, project management, and production, to streamline processes and improve overall operational efficiency.
  
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related working experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of working experience, ideally in IoT and wireless solution products, familiarity with electronic design processes will be a plus
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively lead and solve problems.
• Strong language skills in English and Putonghua (Mandarin).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for effective reporting and analysis.
