Your new role
- Responsible for Relationship Management and act as point of contact for external clients
- Provide insights on hedge fund strategies, funding and financing, etc.
- Manage client related operations including trade allocation, amendments & client queries
- Onboard clients on new technology & reporting
- Cross-sell other firm products
- Assist on ad-hoc projects
What you'll need to succeed
- 1+ year of Client Services experience, with strong client service orientation
- In-depth product knowledge/ Prime Brokerage experience are preferred
- Excellent command of English and 1 or more Asian language(s)
