We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support a Senior Executive
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support a Senior Executive in managing both personal and business matters.

The role will involve handling a variety of tasks, with approximately 70% focused on personal matters and 30% on business matters. The ideal candidate will be a problem solver with excellent communication and written skills in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.

This position requires someone who can adapt to last-minute ad hoc tasks and work effectively with other Executive Assistants as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive personal support to the Senior Executive, including managing appointments, travel arrangements, and personal correspondence.
- Handle various business-related tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and organising documents.
- Act as a liaison between the Senior Executive and external contacts, including clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Assist with last-minute ad hoc tasks and prioritise them effectively to meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with other Executive Assistants to ensure seamless coordination and support across the team.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Requirements:
- Tertiary degree in a relevant field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
- Proven experience in providing personal and business support to high-level executives.
- Exceptional organisational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office suite, calendar management software, and travel booking platforms.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and handle multiple tasks concurrently.
- Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and a strong work ethic.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
