Your new role
In your new role, you and your team of 3 will be supporting 300 head-counts across Hong Kong and Shanghai on various activities such as:
- Review payroll professional teams’ payroll calculation and process payroll account transactions (e.g. salaries, benefits, deductions, taxes and third party payments)
- Oversee processing of payroll changes (e.g. new hires, terminations, raises) and system upgrades
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal policies
