Your new companyMy client is an insurance organisation that is among one of the top employers of choice. Currently in a stage of growth and development, they are seeking an experienced partnership development manager/ assistant manager for their team.
Your new role- Strengthen and expand the broker channel, including developing new distribution channels beyond agency relationships.
- Execute business strategies to drive sales across various broker segments (IFA, local brokers, MCV brokers, HNW brokers).
- Cultivate strong relationships with target brokers and business partners, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Acquire new brokers and deepen relationships with existing ones.
- Provide training and support to sales channels.
- Collaborate with marketing to create effective campaigns.
- Gather market intelligence to inform product and sales strategies.
What you'll need to succeed- Over 4 years of proven business development and sales experience in wealth management, investment, banking or insurance market.
- Qualified IIQE paper 1,3,5
- With good track records of new market development with well-developed network and channels
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is a plus
