Your new company

Our client is a leading digital entertainment company that specialises in blockchain, gamification, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies. They are committed to providing innovative and engaging entertainment experiences to its customers, while also leveraging cutting-edge technologies to enhance the user experience. They are seeking a Paralegal to join their legal team in Hong Kong. This position will be responsible for providing legal support to the company and its subsidiaries, assisting with contract management, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Your new role

• Assist with the drafting and review of contracts, including NDAs, licensing agreements, and vendor agreements
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract management systems
• Assist with the preparation and filing of legal documents and reports
• Conduct legal research as required
• Support the legal team in providing advice to other departments on legal issues
• Assist with the management of intellectual property and trademark portfolios
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including data privacy and anti-bribery laws

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in a paralegal role, preferably in a technology or digital entertainment company
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command in both Chinese and English
