Your new role
  • Oversee APAC Operations risk - identification, assessment, and mitigation strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and provide governance support.
  • Monitor, review, and deliver monthly operational risk reporting
  • Assist regional leaders and stakeholders in driving the execution of key risk programs such as regulatory remediations, RCSA, operational control frameworks, etc.
  • Strengthen operational risk culture by promoting best practices, enhancing controls, and ensuring compliance with senior management and regulatory expectations.
  • Provide oversight, guidance, and escalation to senior management on emerging risks, control weaknesses, and thematic issues across Operations.
  • Assist on ad-hoc projects

What you'll need to succeed
  • 5+ years in Operational Risk management, preferably in a well-established financial institution
  • Business / Finance related bachelor’s degree holder
  • Excellent command of English
