Your new role

• Responsible for the execution of automated experiments in the fields of environment, customs, agriculture, etc., including advanced technologies such as NGS predictions; responsible for the analysis and data report writing of experimental procedures, experimental procedures, and prediction results.

• Work closely with team members to complete the experimental requirements of the research project and ensure that the project goals are achieved efficiently.

• Maintain laboratory equipment to ensure its normal operation; discover and solve technical problems in a timely manner.

• Analyse the accuracy of the experimental process and the accuracy of the data, and output the experimental results and data with high quality.

• Maintain continuous attention and learning about new technologies and new methods, and promote technological updates and progress.

• Independently design and implement automated laboratory experimental processes, write automated execution scripts in programming languages such as Python, optimise experimental processes, and improve experimental efficiency and accuracy.

What you'll need to succeed

• Master's degree or above in biological sciences, molecular biology or related fields, at least 2 years of NGS-related work experience, master the experimental procedures and technologies related to PCR, NGS library construction, and genomics.

• Consolidate theoretical knowledge of molecular biology and gain an in-depth understanding of the experimental principles and applications of molecular biology.

• Master the operation of laboratory equipment, accurately analyze and interpret experimental results; have the ability to independently perform experimental operations.

• Good English proficiency, at least CET-4 level, ability to read English professional literature and good written expression skills.

• Be proficient in using molecular biology-related scientific research software for data analysis; have the programming ability to write laboratory automation scripts; Python is preferred.

• Have good professional qualities, including integrity and trustworthiness, diligence and dedication, good communication skills in teamwork, and the ability to withstand stress.
