Our client is one of the leading insurers in the commercial sector. For their motor business progression, they are now looking for a claims officer/ senior officer in motor line.

Your new role

• Conduct and settle motor claims, ensure its under guidelines and policy coverage

• Provide claims service and client enquires

• Handle and review outstanding claims documents

What you'll need to succeed

• Over 2 years claims experience in medical/ motor/ general insurance

• Solid experience in handling motor claims
• Proficiency in MS office and Excel
• Good in both spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin and English
