Your role
As a Merchandising Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full merchandising process for women’s woven apparel, ensuring smooth development, costing, production, and delivery. You will act as a key liaison between buyers, vendors, and internal teams to drive commercial and operational excellence.
- Manage end-to-end merchandising activities for women’s woven products from development to shipment
- Handle trendy / fashion-forward women’s wear, with focus on woven fabrics
- Work closely with buyers to understand design, pricing, and seasonal requirements
- Coordinate with suppliers on sampling, costing, negotiations, and bulk production
- Monitor critical paths to ensure timely delivery and quality standards are met
- Conduct fabric and trim sourcing where required, including light woven, silk, and hard woven materials.
- Identify potential risks in production and proactively provide solutions
- Support junior team members and ensure alignment across merchandising activities
What you’ll need to succeed
- Solid experience in merchandising women’s woven apparel
- Background from a buying office is highly preferred.
- Experience in light woven, silk, hard woven, or any woven category
- Strong understanding of garment construction, costing, and production processes
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented, well-organised, and able to manage multiple styles and timelines.
- Proficient in English; Cantonese or Mandarin is an advantage.
