Mandarin-speaking Junior Executive Assistant / Admin - Financial Service

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Mandarin-speaking Junior Executive Assistant / Admin for a Finanical Services company located in Central. This is an exciting opportunity to provide comprehensive secretarial support to a senior executive while contributing to the overall success of the organisation.

Responsibilities:
- Provide full spectrum of secretarial support to senior executives, including managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare business correspondence and presentation materials, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Organise meetings, take minutes, and distribute meeting agendas and related documents.
- Draft and file various documents, maintaining an organised and efficient filing system.
- Manage company seal and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Formulate and monitor budgetary issues, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
- Liaise and coordinate with external vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Assist in organising company events and activities, including logistics coordination and communication with participants.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree is a must.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as an executive assistant or administrative role.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Mandarin and English.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proactive and adaptable with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge or experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
