Overview:
The Head of Commercial Banking leads the division, focusing on strategic growth and client satisfaction among major commercial and corporate clients, executing strategy, managing the branch, and ensuring compliance.
Your new role:
- Develop and implement strategies to grow loans, deposits, and income.
- Build relationships with C-suite executives.
- Oversee delivery of banking solutions like financing and cash management.
- Monitor division performance to meet bank targets.
- Manage risk and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Bachelor's degree; Master's or certifications are a plus
- 10 – 11 years of experience in corporate banking, including five years in leadership roles, especially in Commercial Banking or Middle Markets segments.
- Proficiency in spoken English and Mandarin, Cantonese is a plus.
