We are partnering with an international financial institution and they are seeking a L&D Manager.
Your new role
- Plan overall L&D activities, design and implement talent development programs, and assist in driving organization development
- Drive corporate strategic planning on organization development to ensure HR initiatives to align with business objectives and company growth
- To drive and lead a variety of bank-wide learning initiatives and BUs/SUs specific projects (e.g. Learning Roadmaps implementation)
- To keep abreast of new development in the statutory obligations of the Bank
What you'll need to succeed
You will have at least 8 – 10 years of experience in Training / Talent Development preferably in Banking / Financial Services. You will be a team lead and master your strong problem-solving and communication skills. Fluency in English and Chinese is required.
