Your new company One of the leading international financial service providers is looking for a manager/ assistant manager for their premium service centre. Manage the daily centre operations and ensure the team deliver outstanding client service standards.
Your new role
Build up the service centre daily operations workflow and service guidelines
Supervise staff performance and professional customer servicing
Ensure entry proof verification, pending follow-up, document verification and payment under compliance
Conduct end to end planning and preparation for centre event
Perform QA to staff for service quality enhancement
Manage the relationship with internal and external working partners
What you'll need to succeed
Over 5 years customer service experience in service centre, at least 1-2 year supervision experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of insurance/ financial products
Candidates with IIQE paper 1,3 would be an advantage
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin
