Your new company
One of the leading international financial service providers is looking for a manager/ assistant manager for their premium service centre. Manage the daily centre operations and ensure the team deliver outstanding client service standards.

Your new role
  • Build up the service centre daily operations workflow and service guidelines
  • Supervise staff performance and professional customer servicing
  • Ensure entry proof verification, pending follow-up, document verification and payment under compliance
  • Conduct end to end planning and preparation for centre event
  • Perform QA to staff for service quality enhancement
  • Manage the relationship with internal and external working partners

What you'll need to succeed
  • Over 5 years customer service experience in service centre, at least 1-2 year supervision experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of insurance/ financial products
  • Candidates with IIQE paper 1,3 would be an advantage
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin
