• Manage the development and maintenance of systems
• Lead team to complete daily operations and develop team members
  • Oversee and manage the constraints in terms of scope, schedule, resources and quality of individual projects ensuring compliance with departmental and project management standards and procedures
• Ensure smooth roll out of systems developed and oversee the deployment process
• Liaise with all stakeholders
  
  

What you'll need to succeed

• University graduate in Computer Science or equivalent
• Minimum 6 years experience in software application development
• Experience in Java / Spring Boot / Spring Cloud/ Git / Message Queue and frontend programming language e.g. Node.JS / AngularJS / ReactJS / Vue.js
• Experience in both SQL / NoSQL databases
• Experience in DevOps and good understanding in tool and platform such as Jenkin, Docker, Kubernetes, Linux
  • Experience in cloud application development and microservices architecture
• Solid experience in CRM, POS, Product Catalogue and Supply Chain applications
• SDLC, SCRUM and other Agile methodologies
• Strong leadership and project management skill to meet project deadlines under constraints, interpersonal, analytical and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, independent with excellent decision-making skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
