A sizeable property developer is now looking for a Manager - Senior Manager candidate to manage the technical services team for commercial building maintenance operations.

Your new role

• Act as technical team head to supervise assigned commercial portfolio facility management and repair & maintenance.

• Supervise all engineering works including A&A, builder's work, building services, E&M repair and maintenance, fitting out, renovation, and tenant work.

• Responsible for annual budget and resources planning

• Continuous review of engineering and technical qualities and ensuring standards are up to company policy.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor or above in Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical, Building Surveying, Building Studies or related disciplines

• Chartership is preferred

• Min. 12 years or above in facility management/ technical services/ project management, with min. 5 years in client side

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin and English

What you'll get in return

• 55–65k x 12 months + bonus
