Our client, Hong Kong Leading Property Developer, is now looking for an experienced HR system Manager to join their team to focus on the core HR technology platforms.
Your new role
Reporting to the Senior IT Manager, you will be working as the strategic IT partner for the HR function and leading team to deliver and support key HR platforms, ie. SAP SuccessFactors and BIPO
Collaborate with HR to translate business needs into tech solutions.
- Lead and develop a high-performing IT team.
- Oversee implementation and enhancement of HR systems.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day system operations and user support.
- Manage vendor relationships and service quality.
- Drive system adoption and stakeholder engagement.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and IT security standards.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Report progress and insights to senior leadership.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate should have over 7 years of IT experience, including 3 years in leadership Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and BIPO. Skilled in project management, stakeholder engagement, and system integration. Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
