Your new role

• Lead and develop a high-performing IT team.
• Oversee implementation and enhancement of HR systems.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day system operations and user support.
• Manage vendor relationships and service quality.
• Drive system adoption and stakeholder engagement.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and IT security standards.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Report progress and insights to senior leadership.
