Your new company

Our client is a blue-chip company with investments in various countries, including Hong Kong, China, Australia, Taiwan, India. Their forward-thinking approach, coupled with their long history, has positioned them at the forefront of the industry. To support their continuous growth, they are currently looking for a Legal Assistant to join their team.

Your new role

• Assist the legal team in matters related to intellectual property, contract review, and compliance issues.
• Independently handle Small Claims Tribunal actions, which includes attending hearings and negotiating settlements.
• Collaborate with the business team to prepare for legal proceedings, including statement collection, investigation conduction, and evidence gathering.
• Draft Writ of Summons, court documents, and perform all general court-related tasks such as document filings and serving court papers.
• Undertake comprehensive legal research.
• Perform administrative duties for the department

What you'll need to succeed

• 4+ years of proven legal experiences with a specific focus on litigation and/ or compliance matters

• Immediately available is highly preferred

• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
