Legal Officer (In-house)

Your new company
Our client is a prominent entertainment holding company with diverse business interests, including toys, video games, arcades, and anime. They are now looking for a Legal Executive to join their legal team.
Your new role
- Offering comprehensive legal advice across all aspects and stages of corporate and legal transactions.
- Conducting in-depth legal research specifically focused on commercial matters
- Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and legal documents.
- Developing and conducting legal and compliance training.
- Assisting in identifying and assessing legal risks within the organisation and implementing measures to mitigate these risks.
What you'll need to succeed
- University graduate with an LLB degree or relevant subjects.
- Minimum of 2 years of legal experience in an in-house setting.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
- Detail-oriented, proactive and self-motivated.
