As part of their growth strategy, they are seeking an experienced Business Development Leader to join their Hong Kong operations and drive their business expansion.

Your Role:
As the Business Development Leader, you will play a critical role in expanding the company's presence in the Greater Bay Area. You will be responsible for onboarding new hotels and relevant travel suppliers, forging strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and executing a comprehensive business development strategy to board new hotels and suppliers in the travel industry.
- Building and leading a high-performing team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive results.
- Identifying and engaging with potential partners, negotiating contracts, and establishing long-term business relationships.
- Collaborating with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to create innovative solutions and drive customer engagement.
- Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the industry curve.
- Managing key accounts and fostering strong relationships with existing partners to maximise revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Providing regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to the senior management team.


What You'll Need to Succeed:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

- Minimum 10 years of sales or business experience in the travel and hospitality industry, with a proven track record of delivering results.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to build and motivate a high-performing team.
- In-depth knowledge of the Greater Bay Area market and the travel industry landscape.
- Proven experience of onboarding new hotels and travel suppliers, negotiating contracts, and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
- Strategic mindset and the ability to identify and seize business opportunities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
