Your new role

• Senior Java Developer role focused on backend (Java, MQ, Kafka, SQL); UI optional
• Requires strong expertise in distributed systems, enterprise frameworks, and cloud architecture
• Own development of a new platform following best practices, standards, usability, and UX focus
• Collaborate with global users to design effective onboarding and regulatory platform interfaces
• Involved in full SDLC (requirements, design, development) and continuous improvement of agile practices

What you'll need to succeed

• 7–9 years experience; strong technologist with focus on high-quality engineering, problem-solving, and teamwork across global stakeholders
• Proficient in Java, Spring, microservices, open-source server-side tech, and event/message-driven architectures (MQ, Kafka, DDD)
• Experience with Agile, DevOps (CI/CD/CM), and cloud deployments (internal + partial external)
• Strong in databases (relational & document), high-volume/transaction processing, and enterprise-scale design patterns
• Self-starter with leadership mindset, quick learner, solid OOP fundamentals, and desire to grow in technical and functional domains
