Your new role
- Our client is looking for professional communicator to respond to Japanese customers for Omne support through email in Japanese (primary) and English (secondary)
- As of today we only support email, with no call centre number. However, it is possible that in extreme rare cases, we may have to do a call back
- Role involves collaboration with other team member based in Hong Kong, with additional support provided by the Japan office.
- The team culture is closely knit and primarily operates in English, making these language skills essential.
What you'll need to succeed
- Fluent Japanese and English communication and writing
- Customer service experience is a significant advantage
- Bachelors Degree
What you'll get in return
