IT Support Engineer (M/O365)
System Engineer
Your new role
•Implement and maintain email security measures, including spam filters, email security applications
•Achieve cooperative-level enablement of Azure AD/O365/Email system features.
•Collaborate with other regional IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and provide Tier 2 and 3 support for end users experiencing problems with Office 365 applications and email services
•Write and maintain documentation for procedures, processes, and configurations
•Conduct Proof of Concepts on new products and solutions to improve productivity and efficiency
Requirements
Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology or related disciplines with minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
Proficiency in the latest hardware, software specifications, and Microsoft products, including Office 365
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
Sound communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service mindset
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
