Your new role

You will be responsible for analyzing, maintaining, and enhancing core policy admin systems for Non-life business lines and supporting users on application systems.

- Implement the IT strategic plan and achieving financial goals
- Monitor and optimize IT systems, policies, and procedures for efficiency and effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures
- Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to provide IT support
- Design and develop a comprehensive policy admin system with straight-through integration
- Evaluate and assess technical and business options for system solutions
- Prepare functional specifications and system documentation
- Provide user support for change control and system updates
- Coach, supervise, and train team members
- Streamline system processes for simplification
- Manage IT projects to meet schedule, results, and business objectives
- Manage project risks and escalate issues as needed

What you'll need to succeed

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or IT-related field
- Minimum 10 years of enterprise software delivery experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Hands-on experience with Polisy/400, SMART/400, and Microservices/ETL/Messaging technologies
- Strong knowledge of Non-Life Insurance business
- Familiarity with SSIS, PlanetPress workflow letter engine, and Tableau is preferred
- Experience with third-party libraries and integration
- Experience in business requirement collection and system analysis
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, problem-solving, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese and English
