Our client, a newly established family office in Hong Kong, is seeking an experienced Investment Associate (Fixed Income) to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth investment research and analysis, with a focus on fixed income products, to assist the management team in making informed investment decisions and managing the fixed income portfolio.

Your new role

Develop and implement fixed income investment strategies aligned with the firm's overall strategy and risk appetite
Conduct thorough research and analysis on fixed income markets, identify investment opportunities, and provide recommendations
Monitor market trends, economic indicators, and credit quality of issuers to deliver timely insights to the management team
Participate in price negotiations and handle other ad-hoc assignments as required

What you'll need to succeed

Bachelor's degree or higher with a solid understanding of economics, finance, and company research
Minimum 5 years of experience in the financial industry (buyside, family office or private banks), focused on fixed income investment or portfolio management
In-depth knowledge of fixed income markets, credit risk management, and interest rate risk analysis
Exceptional problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and robust financial knowledge
