Your new role

• Design, build, and operate large‑scale system platforms and infrastructure to support business‑critical and AI‑driven services.
• Maintain reliable day‑to‑day operations, ensuring systems and networks remain stable, secure, and available
• Collaborate with development, delivery, and project teams to align infrastructure and network solutions with business needs
• Monitor system and network performance, proactively identify issues, and implement improvements
• Troubleshoot incidents, perform root‑cause analysis, and drive long‑term preventive solutions.
• Support system upgrades, maintenance activities, and lifecycle management
• Ensure systems comply with security standards, governance requirements, and industry best practices
• Work with external vendors and internal teams to resolve technical challenges efficiently
• Produce and maintain clear documentation, procedures, and operational guidelines
• Contribute to team knowledge sharing and provide guidance to junior team members

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in infrastructure, platform, or network engineering roles
• Strong experience supporting complex, mission‑critical systems in production environments
• Solid understanding of system operations, networking concepts, and security principles
• Hands‑on experience with automation, operational tooling, and problem troubleshooting
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams
