Human Resources Officer - (C&B | HK Listed )
Our client is looking for a HR officer to join their team!
Your new role
- Responsible for a wide spectrum of C&B functions including payroll, compensation & benefits administration, etc.
- Enhance HR infrastructure, C&B tools & HR operational processes to keep abreast of latest market best practices & compliance with Employment Ordinance
- Compile periodical HR statistics & reports for management review
- Work closely with team members to deliver HR services
- Assist in executing HR initiatives & projects
What you'll need to succeed
- Degree holder in business disciplines or equivalent
- Well versed with Employment Ordinance and HR-related regulations
- Payroll experience in sizable company would be an advantage
- Good numerical sense and analytical skills, care to details
