What you'll need to succeed
- Responsible for full spectrum of HR operation and office administration functions
- Manage the daily C&B administration, attendance administration, payroll calculation, MPF administration, employer tax return, annual budget, performance appraisal administration, routine staffing including but not limited to on-boarding and staff departure as well as other ad hoc HR assignment
- Support for the implementation of various HR and Administrative improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with current legislations and achieve operational effectiveness
- Responsible for leading a team of office administration people to manage the procurement, housekeeping and maintenance of office supplies, stationery, office equipment and furniture
- Coordinate the administration work with internal departments and external vendors
- Supervise and coach a team of junior office administration staff, Office Cleaners and Drivers to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Prepare and manage annual departmental expenses and budget
- Play a key role to lead, organize, coordinate company events and various employee relation activities
What you'll get in return
