We are partnering with an International Institution. They are looking for a senior Human Resources Project Manager to join their dynamic team to support the M&A integration.
Your new role
- Supporting post-M&A integration and execution planning efforts
- Understand issues and risks from key business meetings, synthesize the information and determine action plans. Communicate action plans and follow up with key stakeholders
- Identify and manage key risks and develop mitigation plans, resolve cross-team issues in HR on time, facilitate decision-making and manage conflict within the teams
- Develop HR integration roadmap tied to the HR integration strategy
What you'll need to succeed
You will have at least 6 - 8 years of experience in Human Resources Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) or HR project management with 3+ years in HRBP or HR Generalist. You will be a team player and master your strong problem-solving and communication skills. Fluency in English and Chinese is required.
