What you'll need to succeed
- Managing the full end to end recruitment processes and develop the hiring strategies
- Implement innovation and resourceful talent acquisition strategies and build talent pipeline for future organization growth
- Track and manage all talent acquisition related data analytics in order to provide insight which channels were working most effectively in global market
- Work closely with internal stakeholders / line managers to understand business strategies and organisational and succession plans, to build search strategy for open positions and meet current and future critical hiring needs
- Participate in any ad hoc projects as assigned
What you'll get in return
- Degree holder in Human Resource Management or other disciplines
- 3+ experience in an In-house HR or recruitment role
- With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and have a good potential to assess people via LinkedIn, social networks, and platforms to find talent
- Strong sense of responsibilities and able to meet deadlines and multitasks
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin and Cantonese)
- Immediate available is highly preferred
