What you'll need to succeed
- Being the key person for the HR digital transformation project, including but not limited to, HR process review and HRIS system implementation 1 year
- Be the subject-matter expert of HRIS and key contact person for both internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective process delivery under the HRIS platforms and associated applications
- Assist in overseeing the daily operation of the entire spectrum of Human Resources functions including recruitment and selection, benefits administration, performance management and employee relations
- Review and monitor HR daily operations and provide solutions when necessary.
- Analyse and identify business demand and needs, develop effective HR strategies, policies and operating systems to support the business needs.
- Participate in ad hoc projects.
What you'll get in return
- Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent professional level in Human Resources Management
- Minimum of 10 years’ solid experience in full spectrum of Human Resources Management, 2 years at managerial level
- Well versed in Employment Ordinance, and related legislation in Hong Kong
- Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Excellent PC skills in MS Office, Chinese and English Word Processing
- Detail-oriented, good analytical skill and proactive
