Oversee employee lifecycle management: contracts, confirmations, renewals, and terminations
Manage monthly payroll processing, MPF contributions, benefits, and leave administration
Manage end‑to‑end talent acquisition, including recruitment, onboarding, and probation management
Handle employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary cases
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and labour regulations
Handle all HR‑related tax filings, including Employer’s Return and New joiner, leaver, and overseas assignment filings.
Maintain accurate payroll, tax, and statutory records
Oversee general office administration, including facilities, suppliers, insurance, and service contracts
Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related discipline
10+ years’ solid experience as an HR generalist, preferably in trading/manufacturing industry
Proven hands-on experience in payroll processing and tax filing in Hong Kong
Strong working knowledge of HK Employment Ordinance, MPF, and IRD requirements
Independent, detail‑oriented, and comfortable handling confidential matters
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office; HR/payroll system experience is an advantage
Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
