Job Description
- Support full spectrum of HR functions including TA, C&B, employee relations, employee retention and employee engagement
- Implement Human Resources policies and procedures
- Manage and maintain personnel records and update system data, attendance and leave management
- Liaise with different parties and service providers to support the HR operations;
- Support ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented and well-organised with good communication skills, a good command of written English and Chinese.
Requirements
- Degree Holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
- At least 3 years relevant experience in handling all-round human resources functions in sizeable companies
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Immediate available is preferred
