• Talent Management: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment through effective communication, conflict resolution, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Performance Management: Implement and manage performance appraisal systems to drive employee performance and development.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations.
• HR Analytics: Utilise HR data and analytics to inform decision-making and improve HR processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Hong Kong labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively with COE and senior management.
• Experience in an engineering or technical environment is a plus.
