1. HR (40%) Recruitment and Personnel Management:

   • Recruit, onboard, and train personnel.
   • Allocate responsibilities and office space effectively.
   • Assess staff performance and provide coaching for maximum efficiency.
     
     

2. Admin (40%) Facilities and Office Management:

   • Monitor costs and expenses related to administrative functions.
   • Assist in budget preparation.
   • Oversee inventory of office supplies and purchasing within budget constraints.
     
     

3. Executive Assistant (20%)

   • Provide secretarial service to Chairman for HK matters
     
     

• At least 8 years of HR & Admin experience
• One-man band experience is highly preferred
• Able to speak fluent Mandarin
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
