1. Banking Operations
You will gain hands‑on exposure to transaction processing, issue resolution, and cross‑functional collaboration with front office teams, external counterparties, and global operations groups.
A key part of this role includes:
  • Managing production workflows
  • Enhancing operational controls
  • Identifying risks and proposing process improvements
  • Participating in transformation and automation initiatives
2. Callback Verification & Regulatory Reporting
This team safeguards client interests and ensures the integrity of regulatory submissions across multiple jurisdictions.
You will support:
  • Preparation and submission of complex regulatory reports for Hong Kong, Singapore, and the US
  • Production of internal management reports
  • Execution and validation of Callback Verifications to mitigate fraud risk
  • Streamlining and automating control processes to strengthen overall governance

The ideal candidate brings:
✔ Technical & Functional Expertise
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial services—preferably middle office, banking operations, regulatory reporting, or process automation
  • Practical exposure to loans, deposits, or trade support (advantageous)
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI, Alteryx, UiPath, and AI tools
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
✔ Regulatory & Reporting Skills
  • Ability to produce accurate and timely regulatory and management reports
  • Experience partnering with Technology/Project teams to automate reporting and test solutions
