Your new role

• Deliver quality IT services to end users in headquarter / remote sites
• Provide daily IT-related troubleshooting and support for the users, including hardware and software installation, maintenance and related issues
• Provide ad-hoc stand-by support for VIP users, events/meetings/conferences as necessary.
• Propose, configure, implement, test and support IT related projects in compliance with company needs
• Maintain documentation for internal operations and end-user knowledge base
• Collaborate and coordinate with internal users and external vendors in support of company initiatives

• 2 years or above IT helpdesk support or relevant End User Computing support experience.
• Familiar with Microsoft Windows and O365, including Exchange/SharePoint/Teams, Azure AD
• Experience of using IT Service Management tools (especially ServiceNow) as IT users for ticket tracking
• Good command of English and Cantonese
• Strong interpersonal, communications and stakeholder expectation management skills
• Immediate availability is advantageous.
