Deliver quality IT services to end users in headquarter / remote sites
Provide daily IT-related troubleshooting and support for the users, including hardware and software installation, maintenance and related issues
Provide ad-hoc stand-by support for VIP users, events/meetings/conferences as necessary.
Propose, configure, implement, test and support IT related projects in compliance with company needs
Maintain documentation for internal operations and end-user knowledge base
Collaborate and coordinate with internal users and external vendors in support of company initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with a relevant diploma/certificate in information systems management required
2 years or above IT helpdesk support or relevant End User Computing support experience.
Familiar with Microsoft Windows and O365, including Exchange/SharePoint/Teams, Azure AD
Experience of using IT Service Management tools (especially ServiceNow) as IT users for ticket tracking
Good command of English and Cantonese
Strong interpersonal, communications and stakeholder expectation management skills
Immediate availability is advantageous.
