Our client is foreign boutique Private Bank and is currently seeking to hire a Head of Wealth Management to cater its business in Hong Kong.

Your new role

• Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, you will overlook the P&L of the Wealth Management Department
• Manage a team of RMs and ARMs to cater high net worth clients in the Hong Kong market
• Devise a strategy to capture new business clients and devise tailored private banking solutions for them
• Deliver superior customised and superior services to existing private banking clients
• Collaborate with compliance, AML and risk departments to ensure clients and business transactions are compliant with internal and regulatory standards

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelors Degree
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in Private Banking and Wealth Management in Hong Kong
• Strong connections in HK and/or Chinese high net work clients
• Familiar with Hong Kong and European regulations, polices, KYC/AML standards
• Sound knowledge for a range of private banking and wealth management products
• SFC Type 1 and 4 licence or HKMA EO
• Fluent in English and Chinese
