Your new company
We are partnering with an international financial institution. They are looking for a Head of C&B and Rewards to join their dynamic team.

Your new role

• Develop and implement Rewards and C&B programs that align with the company’s strategic goals.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Manage the annual salary review process.
• Responsible for package recommendations and job evaluation for senior positions.
• Partner closely with Finance and HR team to oversee the HR budget.
• Responsible for the development and review of all Total Rewards related policies and guidelines and working with HR team to set up a system for full compliance.
• Develop and maintain job descriptions and salary bands.
• Develop and implement employee recognition programs.
• Manage the company’s employee benefits program.
• Work closely with other members of the executive team to ensure alignment with overall company strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 12 + years of experience in rewards, compensation and benefits management, preferably in financial institutions
• Familiar with regional C&B and rewards policy
• Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English
