We are partnering with an international financial institution. They are looking for a Head of C&B and Rewards to join their dynamic team.
Your new role
- Develop and implement Rewards and C&B programs that align with the company’s strategic goals.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Manage the annual salary review process.
- Responsible for package recommendations and job evaluation for senior positions.
- Partner closely with Finance and HR team to oversee the HR budget.
- Responsible for the development and review of all Total Rewards related policies and guidelines and working with HR team to set up a system for full compliance.
- Develop and maintain job descriptions and salary bands.
- Develop and implement employee recognition programs.
- Manage the company’s employee benefits program.
- Work closely with other members of the executive team to ensure alignment with overall company strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 12 + years of experience in rewards, compensation and benefits management, preferably in financial institutions
- Familiar with regional C&B and rewards policy
- Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Good command of spoken and written English
