Your new company

A multinational engineering company is now under business expansion and looking for a Sales Head to manage their Intelligent Buildings, Energy Solutions and other solutions for smart cities & infrastructures. They are looking for candidates with strong engineering and construction background, also open to candidates from client side/ consultant/ main-con/ sub-con/ supplier/ ODM/ OEM background.

Your new role

• Leverage cross-region to grow the business
• Develop and implement sales strategies & initiatives
• Leadership, accountability, and management of new & innovative offerings to customers
• Act as the key interface with APAC and other country Sales Heads on APAC Sales strategy plans.
• Develop, lead, and support your Sales team. Manage your team and drive them to increase market shares.

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree or above in Electrical Engineering / Building Services / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of Sales management and Operations with more than 10 years’ experience in the field.
• Strong leadership and influencing skills
• Strong communication skills
