Exciting Head of Sales opportunity in a renowned conglomerate

Your Company:

We are partnering with a renowned conglomerate. Our client is a market leader with diverse business interests, and they are currently seeking an experienced Head of Sales to join their HK operations.

Your Role:

As the Head of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales strategy and leading the sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to manage retail stores and oversee a large retail sales team. Leveraging your minimum 10 years of sales management experience, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing effective sales strategies, and driving revenue growth from both online and offline channels. A good command of Cantonese and English is essential for effective communication with the team and stakeholders.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

To succeed in this role, you must have a minimum of 10 years of sales management experience, with a proven track record in managing retail stores and leading large sales teams. Your expertise in driving sales from both online and offline channels will be crucial. You should possess strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire the team to achieve targets. A good command of Cantonese and English is crucial for effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. A strategic mindset, along with knowledge of the retail industry, will be highly valued.
