Known for its diverse portfolio and commitment to quality, the company is currently seeking a seasoned operations leader to oversee part of its restaurant business and drive operational excellence.
Your Role
As the Head of Restaurant and Operations, you will be entrusted with managing day-to-day store operations, leading frontline teams, and ensuring smooth execution across multiple outlets. You will play a key role in optimising performance, maintaining service standards, and supporting business growth.
Your Role Will Include:
- Supervising and coordinating the frontline workforce across various restaurant locations
- Overseeing the full lifecycle of store operations, including new store openings and closures
- Managing store-level profit and loss, ensuring financial targets are met
- Implementing operational procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Collaborating with internal departments to align business strategies and operational goals
- Leading and developing teams to foster a culture of accountability and excellence
- Identifying areas for improvement and driving initiatives to elevate service and productivity
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations
What You’ll Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you should bring hands-on experience in restaurant operations, ideally from a mid-sized F&B company. Strong leadership capabilities, strategic planning skills, and a practical understanding of store-level operations are essential. A proactive mindset and the ability to lead by example will set you apart.
