Your new company

Our client is a listed property developer with projects globally. They are now looking for the head of project to oversee all assets for the company.

Your new role

• Monitoring sizeable projects, prepare design brief and master layout & program, evaluate the project feasibility
• Plan, monitor and control work standards and deliver quality results within timeline and cost budget
• Liaise with government authorities, consultants, contractors and internal parties with regard to the projects progress
• Responsible for a project in all phases of design development documentation / project management

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree in Architecture or related discipline
• 15+years’ relevant working experience in property development project, preferably in sizeable property developer or consultant firms
• Experience in working luxury design and with overseas experience will be an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, working both independently and in a team-oriented
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
