  Your new role
• Lead overall IT strategy and roadmap aligned with business growth
• Report directly to C-suite and act as a key technology advisor.
• Drive end-to-end digital transformation (multichannel, CRM, data, e-commerce)
• Oversee retail IT operations including POS, stores, supply chain, and logistics systems
• Modernise legacy platforms to scalable, cloud-based architecture
• Partner with business leaders to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
• Manage enterprise systems (ERP, POS, CRM, e-commerce) and system integrations

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong IT experience with strong leadership exposure in retail or consumer business
• Proven track record in digital transformation and enterprise system implementation
• Solid knowledge of retail technologies (POS, ERP, CRM, e-commerce). SAP is a plus
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence C-level
• Strategic mindset with hands-on delivery capability
